The Rolling Stones
Formed in 1962, the Rolling Stones are an English rock band, comprised of members Brian Jones, Ian Stewart, Mick Jagger and Keith Richards. First gaining popularity in Europe, the band eventually went on to tour in various other countries. They were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1989, further cementing their place in the history of rock music. The band ranked 10th on the 2008 "Billboard Hot 100 Top All-Time Artists". The band continues to tour around the world.
