Hailing from Glasgow, Deborah Kerr was born in the fall of 1921. The film and television actress won a Golden Globe for The King and I, and was a three time winner of the New York Film Critics Circle Award. The recipient of honorary Academy, BAFTA and Cannes Film Festival Awards, the six time Academy Award nominee appeared in An Affair to Remember, From Here to Eternity, The Innocents, Black Narcissus, Heaven Knows and many other films. She passed away in 1986.
