Spanish film actress Anna Torrent Bertran de Lis was born in 1966. Her debut was in the 1973 film, The Spirit of the Beehive, when she was only seven years old. She appeared in several other films as a child and as an adult received a Goya Award nomination for Alejandro Amenabar’s film Tesis. She received critical acclaim for her role in the 1999 film Yoyes. Torrent has most recently appeared in the film The Other Boleyn Girl.
